Some really awesome pictures! I'm excited bc my hubby bought me the Sony NEX-7 for our anniversary and I have to say it's a really awesome camera. I don't like it nearly as much as my Canon film SLR (that's older than I am), but I'm really excited to get a chance to really play around with it. I was disappointed I didn't get to take more pictures with it when I was in New Orleans, but if I get any nice ones I'll try to share!

Thanks....yep, getting a decent camera makes going places so much more fun. Mine is attached to my hip, it goes with me everywhere. I have soo many photos on memory cards that I haven't even got to look at its embarrassing lol. That reminds me, I should post some new stuff on here. I've hit up a few shows recently with the last one getting third place. I'm cool with that since my interior wasn't even together for it! Right now I'm building a custom one to fit my iPad and stereo.

Definitely look forward to seeing more of your stuff! I actually find myself taking a lot of pictures with my iPhone via instagram since I always have that with me and I love the filters.

I've seen some cool things done in instagram. There are even lenses you can put in front of the camera on phones. It is hard lugging around my.camera and gear all the time, but I always regret it later when I don't.

Yeah, there are some really incredible pictures I've seen taken using the app. Definitely one of my fave apps. I do like the NEX-7 though, bc of its size, it makes it a little more portable.

The aquarium in Atlanta is Prb my favorite one so far. I've been to at least 10 all over the US. The one in myrtle beach US really good, as is the one in Monterey,ca. That one had a great white for a while, but it died before I got to see it. I love me some fishes!!!!!

I've heard the one in Atlanta is one of the best in the world. I love aquariums. Wish we had a real one here in Houston...

Yep, when it opened (in 05 I think), it was the largest. But in reality, all aquariums have the same thing pretty much.

Sorry I haven't been around. I've been extremely busy this summer and also have had some medical issues that I'm trying to deal with. I haven't done much in the photography department. But I did manage to make a trip to Chicago and brought along the camera. It was nice to find the time to take some photos while there. here are a few: I wanted to capture the hussle and bussle of the city. So what better way other than some long exposures? It's a little difficult to do without a ND filter (which wasn't on this lense), but thanks to photoshop I was able to get these images to look pretty good. The Bean is so cool! If you ever go to Chicago, go check it out. The natural history museum was a blast! We couldn't see it all. The Lions of Tsavo!!! Some from the abilities expo: I should have taken more pics of this chair. It was one of four made by the creator of Frog Legs and will never be sold to the public. It was lightweight and had a carbon fiber leaf spring suspension. It worked much like the Colours Boing, but stronger and much much lighter. Once I get my car close to where I want it, I'm going to build a set of brakes like this. I have a good friend with a machine shop, he and I plan to make a prototype and hopefully build these cheap for people. The expo was fun! Riding the subway was a new experience for me and had it's ups and downs. Chicago is a pretty busy city with lots to do. We ate at Ed's which is famous for insulting you while you dined. the food there wasn't that great (burgar joint), but the experience was awesome! The history museum was my favorite part, especially seeing the Lions of Tsavo (google them). I'm still sore from all the things we did, it was a lot of traveling. But well worth it. Hope to see some others travel photos on here, post em if ya got em.

Nice pic's Amp, and your car looks awesome.
I had no idea you are a photographer, that's one of my hobbies too. My stuff is mostly large format landscapes, but if you would like to see HIGH RESOLUTION, let me know. You'll need to be able to receive a really big file though.
