The paperback is not ready yet, that should be on sale by the end of next week, but the eBook is ready! Here is the Amazon link: www.amazon.com/dp/B0086VUP8MThis one is also available at Smashwords, which allows you to download a book in every e-format there is (including pdf). www.smashwords.com/books/view/166375 (Paradox is now also up at Smashwords). I'll be back to let you know when the paperback is ready! (It has a "park safe" cover) If you buy a copy of the eBook, please let me know if the table of contents is working properly!

Hi Ruth, I bought it and tried the table of content - and it is not working correctly. Each line of it catapults me directly to the very end of the book.

On my DROID the table of contents didn't work at all... I figured it was the DROID 's fault.
Egotistical thingie... it automatically capslocks it's own name. Lol

I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong with the TOC. It works fine on the document, it's formatted according to the guidelines. It's a mystery! I'll keep trying to figure it out.

Thank you to Ruth and everyone who contributed! I was just talking to Ruth about how incredible the section on personal stories by devotee is.
And if anyone would feel comfortable leaving a review, that would be appreciated!

Yes, the personal stories are so moving. It's an amazing and lovely section. I'm so glad Lee had the idea to include that.

I'm stuck. I've followed the instructions to format it correctly, it works in the Word document, I used the same system that worked in my articles and when I redid Paradox. I'm going to ask for advice on the Kindle message boards and see if anyone there has insight into what's wrong.
