Season 3 of Ted Lasso March 15! Obsessed would be an understatement, and I'm going to be emotionally devastated when it's over (allegedly this is the last season, but writers may leave the ending open to future arcs) (Please tell me somebody else watches it.) I love Ted Lasso! Especially Roy Kent. There was definitely something devvy - emotionally, if not entirely physically - about his whole deal in Season 1. The grumpy/sunshine vibe, the weariness amidst the strength… yum.

The grumpy/sunshine vibe, the weariness amidst the strength… yum. I can see that! Roy needed Keeley to help break down those walls he had built up for years. I don't think he would've found his passion for coaching without her being in his life. I'm so stoked for the final season! And very sad that it's ending

I watched for a bit but I honestly stopped watching because of Roy Kent, lol. I didn't like his acting at all, but no shade on those who like his style. I loved Jason Sudeikis though, such a stud.
Speaking of Apple TV + shows I've been watching Servant which turned out way better than I thought seeing as M. Night Shyamalan is the director. Rupert Grint, or Ron from Harry Potter, is in it but it almost feels like he's there for comedic relief, his accent is pretty silly. But he's still a good emotional actor. It reminds me of the first season of American Horror Story, which I also enjoyed, without all the dead people in the house.

You're the first person I've met that Roy wasn't their favorite character. Brett wasn't initially intended to play the role as he was only a writer, but he felt like he could do the character more justice than the other people that auditioned, so he tried it out himself. I completely agree on Sudeikis though. This show has so many layers considering it all started as a short spoof promoting soccer coming to NBC. They did two skits about 8-9 years ago, and it evolved into this. I went into it fully thinking it was going to be a silly comedy I could laugh at for a half hour, but they tackle some pretty hardcore issues. Ted's visual re-enactment of a panic attack is the most visual depiction I've witnessed.

Am I the only one watching "3 Pines" on Amazon Prime? Really good mystery series starring Alfred Molina, an underappreciated actor.
And just a few weeks before we get the second season of "Yellowjackets," which has to be one of the best new series this year. Christina Ricci is the best.
And around the same time, we get the next season of my current favorite series, "Succession" on HBO. Amazing show. The writing is spectacular. On par with the White Lotus.

I'm really enjoying Will Trent on ABC. I don't have any streaming service except Disney plus, so I watch majority broadcast TV. Can't wait for Mando season 3 though.

I was planning on watching that tonight (Mando) but I'm so exhausted from a long day that I'll likely have to put that on hold until morning (or if I get restless during the night. I can never get enough of Baby Yoda!

I just finished watching The Consultant. What a weird, trippy series. But fascinating. Christoph Waltz is such an amazing actor. Very bingeable, with each episode clocking in at 38 minutes.

It was quite weird and pretty dark, but I also agree that it was fascinating and basically a satire on the hierarchical nature of the world of corporate greed.

I'm re-watching The Hangover II on Netflix for some weekend laughs. 3 was on yesterday in my parents living room. I think I've only seen 1 all the way through. I need to binge those. "Is this hotel beeper friendly? I get a lot of pages."
