OK, last post wasn't me.

Young at heart, genuine gentleman ISO genuine companion for friendship & fun. SWM, 31yo ISO intelligent, honest, caring, un-materialistic and adventurous partner.


I won't beat around the bush: I use an electric wheelchair due to purely physical reasons. I know thatll drive a lot away from even taking a chance at a friendship because you get a certain picture in your head which is fine thats what being prejudice is for, silly. But I would love the opportunity to re-paint that picture. I am a very nice, honest, caring, romantic, passionate single man looking for a long-term love, AND yes; I can be a passionate lover and rather adventurous (in short, handicappers do it better), and all that good stuff. Not that I am terribly "experienced," but yes, I do desire to be.


I love to travel and try exotic new things, go for walks/rolls along the lakefront and parks, attend concerts/musicals/plays, attend sporting events, occasionally bars, go to museums/zoos, go on road trips, picnics, smell the roses, but I also like to stay at home with a movie and a pizza and a partner to cuddle under a fluffy cover on the couch in the winter. My ideal first date is to meet somewhere quiet and talk.


I possess a BS in zoology and a MS in recreation/park administration. I am currently residing in a loft in the Near South Loop area by Soldier Field and work for the Chicago Park District.


In a partner I would like intelligence. Dont have to be smart, per se; just not shallow.


Someone who is honest. With me, but more so with themselves and who they are. And honest with their wants/desires for their life or for the moment no matter if controversial or seemingly shallow.


Someone who is caring and patient. Again, with me [and my disability], but more so takes care of themselves.


Someone who is adventurous in life, in the office, in the kitchen, in the bedroom, in public.


Someone who likes to hold hands, to cuddle, to kiss, and kiss more. Likes touching, massages, foot massages and pats on the ass.


Someone who will sit on my lap when theyre tired and attempt to tire me when theyre not.


Someone who prefers to be called beautiful more often then hot, but still likes to be called hot.


Doesn't mind me thinking she's as beautiful AND hot without make-up on as she is with. Same goes for perfumes, hair and clothes if any.


Someone who is aggressive, but likes to play submissive sometimes. Likes to have naughty sex wherever, whenever she fancies and loves to make love.


Likes kisses on her forhead, her hands, her feet.


Ice cream licked off her and hot showers. Doesn't mind sleeping naked sometimes and wears clothes that she chose, not a societal trend unless she chose it.


Someone willing to name their daghter 'Pandarina,' 'Shell' or 'Seuss' as much as 'Sally' or 'Sue.'


Someone who likes to live dangerously, but with a safety net. Will practice intimacy in public, but stays unseen.


Someone who doesnt always like what I like and I dont always like what she likes yet not afraid to try to get me to like it.


Someone who likes to be sung off-key lullabyes while cuddling naked under the covers.


Someone who likes to fly a kite.

Haha, my kids are probably going to get picked on in school. So far possible naming options include:

*Male- Salem, Vash, Cane, Linx, or Skelton

*Female- Isla, Lola, Vaughn, Sony, or Azrael

They may seem a little strange, but I'd rather my kid get picked on and stand out for having an unusual name rather than just forever blend in a sea of Brittanys, Amys, and Lauras.

But remember, a name has to mesh with the last name; some parents have a real tin ear on this.

Chan, I think Azrael is a male name: the angel of death is usually considered male. How about Azraela...

I disagree, I think it depends on how you "carry" it, I've seen people with the most awful names having no issues with them, just because their attitude clearly says "don't mess with me" and it works!

My name is quite unusual too, and even in Spanish, where most things are spelled the way they sound, people have issues trying to write it down . I also have two easily mockable last names. And I've never ever had issues with my name. Never. Sure, people have called me things that I won't say out loud to anyone (they weren't bad words, just "funny" mispronunciations), but most people's reaction is "wow, that's a pretty name!" (it is, I love it ;D ) or the typical "what?!?!". At least I know I don't have to bother, if somebody doesn't care enough to learn my name, they aren't worth my time (I've given people weeks to do so, I'm not that evil).

I have quite an unusual personality, a name like María wouldn't suit me at all (I actually have a friend called María who has that problem!), and when you're weird, your name is the least of your problems. Maybe it's a personal bias, but I feel like names that are too common breed "common" children, and I don't want to have those. I prefer weird names, although short and easy to spell. "Creative spellings" make me want to kill people (a recognized alternative spelling? sure, even if its foreign, but making up your own to look "original" is just stupid).

Ideally, my daughter would be named Nadia (Russian, short for Nadezda "Hope"), though I actually like some classic names like Sara (and that's the Spanish spelling, not an original one, BTW). I'm in trouble, because I want names that can be pronounced at least in a couple of languages, and that reduces the possibilities quite a bit

That's really all it is to me as well. Not very meaningful, but I like the sound and spelling of it.
