Loving this thread because it's opening my eyes to alternative ways of exploring pleasure and intimacy through toys. Crazy to think that you can make things work with toys when you're not even physically with someone, through 'smart toys' I guess you could say. Technology, man. Using toys was never something that I thought of incorporating into sexual intimacy before becoming disabled, so it's pretty damn exciting to learn about it. Thanks for sharing cilantro!

I haven’t heard a lot of toys personally, mostly because good old fashion human touch is so great, but as far as ejaculation I found that the magic wand massager does the trick best for me. Definitely need a partner is now with that though because of how unwieldy it is. I haven’t had much luck in that area with other vibrators. Never tried electro stimulation. Cialis definitely works great for maintaining erections.

This is on sale for the 4th, $100 instead of $200. I'm going to give it a try. Awesome! I hope it works for you. Haven't tried it yet, but it's a lot bigger and heavier than I expected. Also, the shipping box was nondescript as promised, but the box itself says "masturbator" in big letters. Not sure why they decided that was a good thing to do.

What a great topic for a thread, cilantro ! And I love your collection ... Thanks! For any women who are interested: *clit*erally my favorite toy right now is called the “satisfyer” I just got her and the blue guy together and I named her Bonnie because she straight up blows me away. (Sorry if that’s too personal or something, but hey girl power, amiright) Like many here, my romantic history is peppered with long-distance relationships so I've occasionally found myself browsing the latest and greatest on Amazon and those suction toys are at the top of my to-use list (either directly or indirectly). I had the surprise opportunity to give the Lovense app a go a while back. Recording patterns was intuitive enough but they seemed to drop randomly whenever I took my attention away from the phone so it almost seemed easier to take full manual control. Even then, this was a one time long distance thing so there wasn't quite enough communication or experience to get a greater sense of what might work better.

This is prolly TMI but with my disability my wangalang doesn't feel much on the upper half, but just fine on the bottom half; so a vibrating c**k ring is a very effective toy for me.

I have some sensation and the ring can heighten that, there is also the mental aspect of it too, something new, like you penile penentration isnt high on my list of priorities, I am much more focused on giving pleasure

Saw a toy that was new to me that I'm thinking about adding to the arsenal.. The womanizer... seen what it can do.. seems fun and effective.. anyone out there own one, use one, or had one used on them before.

choicetomake the injections were just rubbish and didnt work properly and hardly romantic. As for intimacy, I guess it's all about personal preference, for me and maybe it's just me I like the intimacy of using my fingers and tongue, with lots of kissing and caressing to bring her to orgasm rather than having her doing all the work and ride on a penis I cant feel and hoping that's enough to bring her to orgasm. I just dont find that intimate or sexy in any way and wouldn't feel any personal sense of satisfaction. I remember once using viagra and after the initial 'oh this is different and looks nice' I actually couldn't wait for her to climb off so I could feel and taste how turned on she was rather than just imagining it. Good topic to discuss from different perspectives though I also prefer to use my hands, fingers and tongue. Personally I haven’t sensitivity, but there is no greater satisfaction than feeling my wife put her hand on my head and press it tightly against her vagina during her orgasm.

It did end up too heavy. I also didn't have the strength to push myself in, even when fully hard. I decided to give this one a try: www.hotoctopuss.com/sex-toys/male-sex-toys/pulse-solo-essential-vibrating-male-sex-toy-masturbator/It worked!! I was doubtful because it's just a vibrator, but it turned out fine. I did find it interesting that the orgasm is noticeably less strong than from a manual HJ from me or my wife (especially her, of course). But with my declining strength, it does the trick. I actually use it backward because the wings are kind of stiff for me to get myself in all the way from the "right" end.

Having watched just about every video on the internet of guys with my preferred disabilities getting themselves off, I don't think I have ever seen an actual toy used. Maybe a vibrating cock ring once or twice. The most common implement that comes to mind is a pillow or something similar, used to rub up against when torso mobility/control is better than limb mobility/control. Sometimes the simplest tools are best. I came across a video years ago of a guy with heavy spastic quadraplegic Cerebral Palsy rubbing his torso up and down along a simple mattress for all he was worth, and it seemed to work out quite well for him.
God, I wanted to reach across the internet and give him a congratulatory backslap when he finally orgasmed.
I truly feel for my brethren who don't have the grip strength to finish themselves off. What a trooper.
On a practical note, I'd suggest a sock or cloth that has a "grip" surface on it. Just be careful for irritation

Toys, when I can't use my hands? Fuck it, visual stimuli in the form of softcore stripteases often does the trick in my case.
