Wonderful topic! - The thrill of overcoming a challenge, like finishing a game on the highest difficulty, or making a perfect custom splint. - When a client makes progress in therapy: mastering a new task, a confident smile, or a general look of peace that washes over the person. I feel happy for them, and that I was able to help them be successful. - Being around a woman who can express herself creatively in some way: it could be a sudden romantic gesture, a style of dress, eccentric body language, creating art, or even finding a unique way to solve a problem. - Finding a song that buries it's way into your heart. I love a lot of music, but once in awhile you find that one perfect song that you want to hear over and over again; it becomes a new personal anthem. - Flirting. I love the social rhythm of flirting: starting subtle, using clever wordplay, making jokes on the fly, sharing secrets, using body language, responding to body language. It's a fun challenge with the potential for a huge reward; meeting somebody special. Read this and was cogitating on it outside, and it had just started to rain...I love that moment as you realise it's raining! But I also love everyone's beautiful thoughts Most people complain about rain. Good to know that I'm not the only nutjob who loves it! :-p Actually, there's another one for the list: - Curling up in a sleeping bag on the patio during a rainstorm, book or company optional.

my happy place is lifting weights in a hot room with LOUD music, it makes me feel free from everything...but I also am very happy outside on a sunny day or having a good conversation full of laughs. I also love money and a great pair of boobs. happiness is all over, you just have to go find you some.

Hear loud music in a sunny day with your millonaire lover that got a good pair of boobs while she's laughin'... oh that's happiness dude!

Happiness for me comes from many things.. so here is a small list, but definitely not everything:
Watching a good movie or series, Going out drinking, Gaming, Going out for a stroll, Finally solving a persistent problem at work, Chilling in the sun, Hockey, Learning new things, Breaking old habits, Waking up next to my girl and watching her sleep... and then seeing those eyes look back when she wakes up.

Hmmmm, happiness…
-going to beach with friend, grabbing a drink n Shrimp Quesadillas -sitting in sun -making girl cum, or hot as hell -satisfaction when I complete a piece of writing (the process not so fun) -tease-texting lol -playing music in public used to be big, now do more listening. -happiness is a sate of mind…generally, I'm a content person, but there are times I self-loathe.

The sound, sight and smell of the ocean. A wild and wooly storm and then that burst of sun coming out. Music that touches you. Art that blows you away. Being in the woods, campfire with friends. Laughing over jokes with my kids or just seeing what great unique beings they are. Great movies, books that you don't want to end. A great meal with old friends. Watching my garden fill with flowers and tomatoes. Ha! too many to express but i do understand the elusiveness of happiness at times; especially when you let the worries and world get you down.

Angry, pissed off (better than pissed on ) But generally happy. Did I mention I don't like being told what to do and I'm self employed?

Why does that not surprise me!?! Although are we talking about self employment as a driver for happiness, or that you don't work well with others?

Being sad had their own goodies too You know I'm not even sure if I view it as sadness actually...for me I just feel like it's that comprehension of what the world is actually like, sometimes incredibly beautiful, sometimes terrible and crushing! I get fairly immersed in things though, so maybe be that seems a little melodramatic for someone else. Makes perfect sense to me though!

Sadness and not-happiness gives you an equilibrate view of the world. Excess of happiness could turn us blinds to the facts of life too. But, a piece of art can be born in sadness but at the end of the day it can makes you happy. Thanks to the sadness we all know how incredibly good happiness can be. Life is everything, we always learn of it.

I like waking up in the morning. Good food, music, long walks, being creative. And I like having things to look forward to.

I love running, finishing a painting after hours of work, a song can make me happy, being with my nice and nephew, with my friends too. Being in love with someone makes me very happy. Cooking (and eating) good food. Falling asleep and waking up in my tent somewhere in Europe makes me happy too.
