Season 6 of Game of Thrones sure looks different... This is the alternative universe where Daenerys loses the war and becomes Bran's PCA.

oh man i have a love hate relationship with this book ! when i first hurd it i just could not stop listening to the bloody thing. and it got me all wet to my dismay. and then i relised that it didnt have to be real.... it could be corny ... cos thats what all those cheesy love books are about ... this one just happened to flot my boat.
now that this movie is out im going to feel exactly the same way... i will be ashemed and yelling at the screen the hole time,,,, while my pantis start to drip wet.

Not sure I can really take the end. It will tear me apart like the book did! Edit: I cried just watching the trailer

I liked and disliked the book because of its ending. A more cliche ending would have been nice but at least this one made me cry for an hour after finishing the book. I'm not sure if I want to go through all that again. Although I probably will.

So this trailer seems to play as the ad for at least two out of three youtube videos. Meaning I've seen it like ten times now. It looks so good... but I just can't with the ending. For so many reasons. Everyone knows how it ends, right? It's no longer a secret? Or should we have a separate "spoils the ending" thread?

Like many others, I also have a love hate relationship with this book. But the trailer looks perfect. Side note: some coworkers of mine were like "June, they should've had this come out on Valentine's Day! Missed opportunity!" Neither of them had read the book but plan on it...so I enjoyed the macabre irony myself.

I am so excited about this movie! I didn't love the ending, but Sam Clafin's dimples are amazing and I'll love watching him in the movie. Perhaps I'll just walk out at the apex of the happily ever after before the ending.
I've read quite a few books that I might be misremembering... Is it this book where they go to a horse race? Or maybe a dog race?

This book filled me with hope for a better outcome but the reality of it was heart-wrenching. Not sure if I'll see it because I don't like to cry needlessly.

Haven't actually read the book or know much about the story but I may still watch this. I will basically watch any movie. Just saw the trailer and thought I would post it here.

I didn't read the book because of the ending, and I was torn about the movie because of it.
But Emilia Clarke looks so damned adorable on the trailer that even my (AB) boyfriend wants to watch it. Oh boy.
