Thank you for sharing the link! OMG, Christopher Gorham is so terrible at playing blind, and yet I can't get enough of this show. I'm counting down the days until the new season, but I'll be visiting my parents the first 3 weeks. Oh no! I can't possibly watch it with them, that would kill all the pleasure (and I might die of embarrassment). I'm getting flashbacks to sneaking around trying to watch/read things on the sly when I was a kid. Oh well, I think the new episodes will be streaming online, at least for a while.
I too am praying there is no miracle cure. There was also a slight hint in the first season that maybe he was faking, although that was never carried through. But you never know, with new writers cycling in all the time, shows will often go in strange new directions, and it wouldn't be the first time a disability got written out (I'm looking at you, Dark Angel!) But surely they have to know how popular Auggie is with the fangirls. Just look at all the fanfics!
So Merry have you gotten to watch the first season yet?

Two Spaniard Movies to Share.
Hello i recently joined the forum, and i wanted to share two movies from Spain, so of course they would be in Spanish, sorry about that, but they are both pretty interesting, first this one:
It´s called Nobody is perfect, its about 3 friends, each with a disability, one is blind, other is deaf and the third is limp. Is a great comedy, really nice and the disability is treated in a very smart and witty way, i downloaded from internet, so it should be around somewhere.
the second its called Fuga de Cerebros, o Brain Drain. this one its about a group of geeky friends that goes to Oxford to help one of the guys to find the love of his life. One of the friends is blind and other is a wheeler, so it has some dev moments, but is mostly a comedy too, so there you have, Two more options!! here is the trailer:

I guess I'll have to check those. I'd seen ads for "fuga de cerebros", but I hadn't even heard about the other one. I'm a lousy Spaniard. That said, I did take a renewed interest in Fisica o Quimica ( web) when they introduced a wheeler character last season (the 6th). It is an insane show, though (high school drama... the storylines might be crazier than the ones in Glee, but it's not a comedy). Skipping half of the stories helps.

Valkyrja, glad you liked it, is so funny, and witty, because the disability is no a problem at all, so i read that it was written by a disabled guy it self ( amputee ) so he really knows this in flesh. In the movie my favorite character is the deaf guy, cause is very cute and it seems that he lives in denial, but he reveals his vulnerability in the karaoke bar, very sweet scene!! The second movie is different, not the best, but has nice moments, its a comedy, so is fine. And Enid, nice to know you are from Spain, so we are quite a few here that speaks Spanish, thats good!! We could chat someday in our language!!
