Lena, on the google group i can only see the email address not the name linked to the email address - obviously if someone went and googled your email address they could detect your real name, but it's not upfront visible.

Everyone can set their own display name. which I recommend for those whose email address differs from their PD name.

In principle I don't think anyone would have issues with real names as I believe we have established enough trust within the group. The only thing is that it may be a bit confusing, but since email addresses are being shown I don't think we have to worry about that.
