Chapter 24 of Devo Diary is here! Part 10 of the Rollerboy saga. I know it's been kind of dragging on but I promise more happens in this chapter, don't miss it if you have been following along so far. Every chapter I read about you and Rollerboy, the more sad similarities I see between your past experiences and mine. New devs joining this place should be given your diary to read as part of their 'Welcome to PD' intro. Dating a PWD can be amazing if, IF you find the right man, but we sometimes need to be reminded that when fantasy turns into reality, it's not all rainbows and unicorns. Some guys will always be turds and no matter how much we polish them, we won't change them. I thank you for the reality check and your honesty about the mistakes you made. Love is definitely blind and hindsight definitely is a wonderful thing!

Thank you!! This is exactly why I keep writing. A lot of times when people here ask "What's a dev PWD relationship like?" I want to say "read Devo Diary" but I try to keep the self-promotion limited to this thread. Anyway it's good to know I'm not the only one who made these same foolish mistakes.

I think it's good to share these stories, I'm sorry you had to go through this. Hopefully it might save some baby devs from getting hurt
What made me want to pursue a relationship with a wheeler despite all sad stories was reading and seeing the success stories...always excited to see happy couples that work out, they made me not give up.

I'm so happy to see that you are posting again and even regularly! This made my day. I really love reading about your experiences. And I can often relate very much to how you describe your thoughts and dev feelings.

Thank you very much Lisa! I'm happy to be posting again regularly. I took a long break to build up more chapters so I can keep to the weekly pace.

I'm so looking forward to weekly chapters! I'm off to read the most recent one, its been sitting as tab in my browser since you mentioned it here but I'm just getting around to it now. I like to have time to enjoy chapters and not feel rushed.

More Devo Diary! Some of you seem to want updates posted here as well as on the blog, so here is your weekly notification. This week is a flashback to my college years when I dated a blind guy, K. I was going to keep this to just one chapter but I decided to put in more devvy scenes since that's what we are all here for. It got too long so the breakup will be in the second half next week. stories.paradevo.net/2010/07/devo-diary-chapter-291.htmlIf you want a reminder of what I wrote about K previously, check out chapter 1 and chapter 6.

Hi devogirl! I‘m so glad you‘re updating regularly again! Devo diaries is still my favourite story on the blog! I was almost late for school this morning because I forgot the time while reading it (And I‘m the teacher, not a student 🙄) So thank you 😉

I agree, devogirl. It’s the only story on the board I read at all. I’m not big into dev fiction and I love that this is autobiographical.thank you for posting regularly now.

devogirl, I just read and very much enjoyed the new chapter! I don't know how you do it, but I can always strongly relate to the description of your feelings in certain situations. And I remember times when I felt similar and wonder whether I could still put those feelings into words at all. I really like your story and can't wait to read the next chapters! Thanks again for sharing it with us!
