lizzy what do feel is American? To me, many Americans I have watched on Youtube have the innate ability to talk and talk and talk... and I think, are you ever going to get to the point? Also, the use of the word "like" at least three times in each sentence. My statement wasn't meant as an insult. Not at all. Us Brits are generally just different; stuffy maybe. I need to loosen up. 🤣 I'll give the video another try. I am interested. I’m American and I very much agree! Lots of YouTubers I watch drone on and on...I didn’t even make the American connection until I read your post. All the ones that seem to make me impatient ARE indeed Americans! 🙈 lol |

I notice it a lot too. Especially “like”. Kinda drives me nuts and sometimes I’ll try to figure out a way to not say it so much but like it just fits, lol. |

Ha I couldn't watch the video for more than 2 minutes for the exact reasons you cited. Lots of talking about nothing. I am 100% American, lived here my whole life. |

He didn’t do tooooo terrible. If you can get through the awful sir mix a lot rendition 🤦🏻♀️ Which I guess you gotta laugh at a little bit, lol.

That's so cool rebeckers84 !!! I love that he started by saying that he got a super cool message from a devo!  You're awesome!! And I loved that little impression he did in the beginning - that's pretty much how I felt watching the first video I thought it was a little bit all over the place after that again (and that's just because I'm super critical by nature), but what really redeemed it for me this time was that they acknowledged several times what a problem it was that we almost exclusively get "represented" (or rather talked about) by people who are at the very least very skeptical about us. Can't really fault them for not "representing" us correctly, because they're not us and they naturally only have their own experiences to draw conclusions from. |

And it's interesting to see their dynamic. They also have some instagram photos, maybe I'll post that on the other thread because that's how I found them. |
