I run a very geeky e-zine which I can't reveal just yet. Privacy and all that. How many geeks are on here?

Yeah! My 'geeky' (the word is subjective) interests include: Sitcoms of a bygone era. Warner Bros. animated shorts Pro-Wrestling (the 'character-driven' stuff mostly). Music. A LOT of music.

What, from me or in general?
Both will come in time. Time Zones and all that.

LOL, I'm uber geeky. I'm a Trekkie, into Star Wars, Stargate SG1/Atlantis, X-Files, Firefly, just started getting into Cowboy Bebop (I'm on disc 2 don't spoil it!!) and I like the anime movie Appleseed. I'm also a nerd about a lot of science stuff, like weather, geology, space, aviation, marine biology and more, plus history, literature, etc.

I am proud to be a geek. History, Art, Movies, Game of Thrones and Vintage TV are only a few of my obsessions.

I'd say I'm pretty geeky. I love sci-fi and shit though for some reason I've never gotten into Star Trek...
I'm a HUGE video game geek though. I spend an embarrassing amount of time playing games. My PS4 is almost an extension of myself at this point.

I watch anime (most recently, I've been watching Violet Evergarden and Boku no Hero Academia, but probably my favorites are Death Note and Kuroshitsuji). And I sometimes like a good sci-fi story, though I'm more into fantasy because it's less likely to be spoiled by actually knowing the science. (I'm a big fan of Star Trek TNG, but ugh, they did not do their neuroscience research! "Neurotransmitter levels are dropping" my ass! Which neurotransmitters? Are they activators or inhibitors?)

I’m a big Trekkie… l watched whole series of TNG, DS9 and Voyager when I was in bed with my pressure sore. Along with Lost, which I think is great, also the older episodes of X-Files, Star Wars and LOTR. I’m thinking about watching Battlestar Gallactica on Amazon, has anyone seen it? I only remember the older version with Dirk Benedict. I buy my mouthstick’s from Etsy it’s the only place in the world I can get them from.

I agree that we need more definition. Do you truly mean geeky, or do dorky or nerdy also count? Here is a Venn diagram to briefly remind you of the difference. I don't think it's the most accurate, so here is a lengthier explanation. If it's not too boldly egotistical, I'd say that I'm nerdy. I'm intelligent, at least in a very specific set of topics. I'm slightly geeky in my obsession with Internet things (YouTube, Reddit, PD, etc.) and my appreciation for techie things. But I don't have a love for anime, D&D, LARP…

Haha sungod I love the detailed breakdown. Though I'm having a little bit of an identity crisis now and not sure what I am lol. I think I have a little bit of all 3 (nerd, geek, dork) Nerd: I studied math/stats. My job involves statistics/data analysis and a good amount of programming. I'm incredibly curious about things and am constantly researching how things work and why they are the way that they are, etc. Which is one reason I love statistics. Geek: I love sci-fi, Marvel, and old school Nintendo (NES, SNES, N64). I enjoy going to barcades, trivia, internet stuff (memes, etc), and board games are my favorite. Big time fan of shows and TV, constantly quote and relate everything to shows, maybe at an unhealthy level lol Dork: I am outgoing and socially apt but I am goofy AF too. I joke around a lot and am easily amused. I am quirky and unconventional, but approachable and friendly. Normal people make me feel weird lol

newjess your organized breakdown reveals your nerdiness! It could only be made better with bullet points.
